By creating an account on 368phwin, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the 368phwin platform, including registered members, guests browsing the site, and any person accessing the platform from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where access is not prohibited by local law.

368phwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the 368phwin platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. 368phwin strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on 368phwin. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

368phwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and age verification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

To access the full features of 368phwin, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 368phwin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 368phwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

KYC Verification. 368phwin is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed or account limits are increased.

Account Closure. 368phwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that:

• Was registered using false or inaccurate information;
• Is found to belong to a person under 21 years of age;
• Is involved in fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activity;
• Has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months without any wagering activity.

Deposits. 368phwin accepts deposits via the following Philippine-approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. E-wallet deposits (GCash, PayMaya) carry a minimum of ₱100. Bank transfer minimums may vary. 368phwin does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (GCash, PayMaya): within 24 hours of approval;
• Bank transfer: 1–3 business days;
• Debit card: 3–5 business days.

Anti-Money Laundering. 368phwin complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). All transactions are subject to monitoring. 368phwin reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and to report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.

Dormant Account Fees. Accounts that remain inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee of ₱100, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

368phwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 368phwin reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• 368phwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or arbitrage betting — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All wagers placed on 368phwin are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are accessible within each game or market interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Void Bets. 368phwin reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

Maximum Winnings. Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. 368phwin reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable to any player at its sole discretion.

Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, 368phwin's server records shall be the definitive record of the outcome. Where a game round was completed before disconnection, the result stands. Where a round was interrupted mid-play, the bet may be voided and the stake returned, subject to the specific game rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 368phwin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account per individual;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process proceeds of crime;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 368phwin platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 368phwin staff or other players.

368phwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 368phwin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content;
• Use any 368phwin trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of 368phwin intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 368phwin.

Platform Availability. 368phwin does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events.

No Warranty. The 368phwin platform and all content therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 368phwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 368phwin account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Exclusions. 368phwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if 368phwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

368phwin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account on 368phwin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by 368phwin, subject to our legal and regulatory obligations. To exercise these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer at the email address provided in Section 14 of these Terms.

368phwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 368phwin will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the 368phwin platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Regulatory Authority. 368phwin operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any complaints or disputes that cannot be resolved directly with 368phwin may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and 368phwin arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.

Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
